About the founder
Debra Natasha Pogorelsky
After working in the tech and agency worlds and more than a decade at PepsiCo, Debra built a career across commercial leadership, brand strategy, and sustainability - giving her a firsthand understanding of the pace, pressure, and possibility of modern business.
Born in Argentina and shaped by life in Canada and the United States, her path has never followed a single line. Alongside corporate leadership, she has built ventures of her own and experienced the reinvention that comes with navigating ambition across different places, cultures, and chapters of life.
The through-line
A connection to nature, exploration, and the feeling of becoming fully alive.
Running through all of it has been something deeper: the feeling of becoming fully alive outside routine. From childhood memories of Patagonia to a lifetime of rock climbing, hiking, surfing, and diving, Debra found that the clearest perspective rarely came from staying inside the usual rhythm of life.
She is happiest with salt on her skin, dirt on her boots, or her heart still hammering from a climb. After a hard hike, her brain finally decompresses. On a surfboard, she feels the thrill of being fully present. Underwater, she finds a peace that office walls have never matched.
But the real magic has always been the women beside her - the fullness of learning their stories, and the unmistakable spark of helping each other thrive.
Now based in Denver, she created Wild Ambition to bring those worlds together: the depth of real business experience and the transformative power of adventure, nature, and human connection.
