Community for ambitious women
We take you into the wild for what the thrill leaves in you. We help each other channel it into whatever you're building. Hard things. Together. Again and again.
Start with a dinner. Or a trail. Or the whole mountain. Women find their way in all the time — here's yours.
Dinners, working sessions, and roundtables. Eight women, one long table, the conversation the offsite never gets to.
One woman, one guide, one hard thing. A day in the wild built around what you're actually working through.
A small group, a real trail, and the kind of effort that makes everyone honest by the summit.
Twelve women. Colorado high country or a Nicaragua volcano. Days built to move your career, not just your heart rate.
For companies investing in the women they can't afford to lose. Designed and produced by Eterna Concepts.
Let's talk →The fire that stays lit between the gatherings. A close circle of women, year-round, who still know your name in five years.
For ambitious women who want friendship, momentum, and adventure. Find your way into the next gathering.
Lead the wayFor companies and leaders who believe retention, development, and renewal happen in the wild.
Let's talkYou're not looking for the exit. You want more of what's already pulling at you - and women to do the hard things beside you. That's what this is.
Wild Ambition is where that gets said out loud.
High-country trail in Colorado. Jungle paths and Pacific surf in Nicaragua. Different terrain, same effect - nature strips the performance off a conversation, and thrill unlocks the rest.
The trail doesn't care about your title. Neither does the ocean. Altitude, surf, jungle heat, and miles do what conference rooms can't - they make the conversation honest.
Your legs will burn on the climb. Paddle out anyway. Scramble up anyway. Doing a hard thing with your body unlocks the hard thing you came here to say.
Twelve women, zero networking. Around the fire, the question isn't what do you do - it's what do you want. Most of us haven't been asked in years.
Trail or surf in the morning. Work in the afternoon. Fire at night. Every day is built to move your career or company forward - the wild just makes the conversation honest.
The audit.
Where are you, really? A structured working session to name what's compounding, what's costing you, and the decision you've been circling.
The peer board.
Your 60-minute hot seat with eleven operators, founders, and executives working your hardest problem. A board of directors most careers never get.
The keynote conversation.
An accomplished woman hikes the summit day with us - then takes your questions by the fire. No stage. No panel. No PR answers.
In Colorado, an alpine summit. In Nicaragua, a volcano.
The 90-day plan.
You leave with a decision made, three moves in writing, an accountability partner from the group, and two follow-up calls at 30 and 60 days.
You don't leave with a feeling. You leave with a decision, a 90-day plan, and a board of eleven.
The Manifesto
Community for ambitious women who want friendship, momentum, and adventure. We take you into the wild for what the thrill leaves in you.Charged. Awake. Alive. We help each other channel it into whatever you're building. Hard things. Together. Again and again.
Mission
We take ambitious women into wild places and honest company, and help them channel what it sparks into momentum - together, again and again.
Vision
A world where women measure success by how alive they feel and how boldly they move - never having to choose between the two, and never doing it alone.
Who this is for
The three forces
Big country, real weather, landscapes that humble you. Out here the noise drops out and your own voice gets loud again.
Earned miles. Cold mornings. The kind of effort that reminds you what you're actually made of.
A small circle of women you'd call at 11pm. Built on a trail, not a panel stage.
The truth of it
Nature, challenge, and circle have always been the tools of transformation. The research only catches up to what women have known for generations: wild places change you. Hard miles open you. A trusted circle holds you while you become who you're meant to be.

We design every retreat around these three forces - time in real wilderness, earned physical challenge, and a small, trusted circle of women - because the mountains and the data say the same thing.

What you leave with
Intimate by Design
Every retreat is intentionally small. Twelve women. No noise, no strangers' schedules, no performative networking. You get real access, real conversation, and a peer group that will still know your name in five years.
Space, distance, and the right questions - so you leave with a direction, not just a good week.
Not contacts. Not a network. Women who heard the real version and stayed.
Not your industry's. Not your family's. Not LinkedIn's. Yours.
One thing, not three
Wild Ambition isn't adventure on one side and reflection on the other, with your work life left at the trailhead. It's all woven together. The ridge in the morning is the same conversation as the journal in the afternoon and the leadership session by the fire. Your body, your inner life, and your career walking the same path for once.

Morning · on the trail
Earned miles. Cold air. The questions you've been avoiding finally have somewhere to land.

Afternoon · with a journal
Solo reflection and small-circle conversation. The same questions, slowed down - written, spoken, heard.

Evening · by the fire
Real sessions on what you're building. Career, leadership, the next hard call - with women who've actually sat in those chairs.
Because the woman on the ridge, the one with the journal, and the one running the team on Monday are the same woman. We design every day so they finally get to talk to each other.
A day on retreat
5:45am
Coffee before the world wakes up. Optional. Almost everyone comes.
6:30am
3–6 miles depending on the day. Moderate to challenging. No one gets left behind.
9:30am
Hot food, long table, slow conversation. What moved on the trail stays at the table.
1:00pm
Unstructured. Journal, nap, walk alone. Some of the best thinking happens here.
3:00pm
Groups of 4–6. Facilitated conversation on what you're building and what's in the way.
7:00pm
The session that never ends on schedule. This is where things get honest.

Founder · Wild Ambition
From the founder
I built Wild Ambition around the thing I have done since I was a kid: getting outside, moving my body, and coming alive in places that demand everything and give more back.
I am happiest with salt on my skin, dirt on my boots, or my heart still hammering from a climb. I have always found my joy there - in the silence after a hard hike when my brain finally decompressed, in the thrill of hopping on a surfboard, in the peace of being underwater with only the sound of my own breath. In the fullness of sitting with other women, hearing their stories, and watching us help each other thrive.
That is what I want to share. Not an escape from ambition, but the place where ambition starts to feel honest again.
I walked the polished path too - the title, the salary, the right answers on paper - and still kept hearing the question underneath. The one you don't bring up at the offsite. The one that doesn't fit on a five-year plan. I went looking for the fire where ambitious women told the truth, where success wasn't a job title and rest wasn't a productivity hack. I didn't find it. So I started walking instead - volcanoes in Nicaragua, ridgelines in Colorado, long cold mornings with women I trusted. That's where things finally moved.
Wild Ambition is that fire, made real. Wild places, hard miles, small circles of women who've actually been there too. It's the most useful thing I know how to build.
If any of this lands in your chest — the pull, not the escape — you're already one of us. — Debra

Panels don't change anything. A working week on the mountain does. Every Wild Ambition retreat runs on a leadership development arc - audit, peer board, executive keynote, and a written 90-day plan - so the women you send come back with decisions made, not just batteries recharged.
