Wild Ambition was built from a life shaped by ambition, reinvention, and a lifelong pull toward the wild.

When we step into nature, explore unfamiliar places, and share experiences with others, something shifts.

We remember who we are, what we want, and what we’re capable of.

Why Nature Changes the Way We Think

  • Nature Puts Things Back Into Perspective

Mountains, forests, oceans, and wide open landscapes remind us how small our worries often are.

Away from constant noise and notifications, the mind slows down and clarity returns.

Nature gives us the distance needed to see our lives, our work, and our ambitions differently.

  • Adventure Reawakens Our Sense of Possibility

Exploration brings us back to something we often forget as adults: curiosity.

Hiking a new trail, traveling somewhere unfamiliar, or simply stepping outside the expected path creates energy.

That feeling of discovery, the same excitement we felt as children, reconnects us with possibility and ambition.

  • Shared Experiences Create Real Connection

When people explore together, conversations naturally deepen.

Without the usual distractions, people listen differently, speak more honestly, and connect on a more human level.

These are the moments where friendships form, ideas emerge, and people leave feeling both grounded and inspired.

Wild Ambition is about stepping outside routine and rediscovering what makes life, and ambition, feel expansive again.

Meet our founder

After working in the tech, agency world and more than a decade at PepsiCo, Debra Natasha Pogorelsky built a career across commercial leadership, brand strategy, and sustainability, giving her a firsthand understanding of the pace, pressure, and possibility of modern business.

Born in Argentina and shaped by life in Canada and the United States, her path has never followed a single line. Alongside corporate leadership, she has built ventures of her own and experienced the reinvention that comes with navigating ambition across different places, cultures, and chapters of life.

Running through all of it has been something deeper: a connection to nature, exploration, and the feeling of becoming fully alive outside routine. From childhood memories of Patagonia to a lifelong love of hiking, diving, and wild places, she found that the clearest perspective rarely came from staying inside the usual rhythm of life.

Now based in Denver, Debra created Wild Ambition to bring those worlds together: the depth of real business experience and the transformative power of adventure, nature, and human connection.

That’s the heart of Wild Ambition: experiences that help people and teams step outside the noise and return with greater clarity, energy, and perspective for how they want to live, work, and lead.
